Important Shipping Update for EU and Northern Ireland

As of the 13th of December 2024, new rules imposed by the EU have come into effect to make sure the products you buy online from the UK are safe. These rules, called the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), require businesses to take extra steps to ensure product safety.

We’ve updated our shipping policy while we await further instructions on how to best comply with these new safety regulations.

Currently, we are unable to ship to the following areas:

The European Union
Northern Ireland

We understand this may be disappointing news, and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause. We are actively working to expand our shipping options and resume service to these areas as soon as possible.

Taxes & Duties

The listed price of a product does not include delivery charges.

Prices on the website are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate of 20% if displayed in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT if displayed in USD ($) or EUR (€),. Regardless of how the prices are displayed through the website, VAT will be applied only to orders shipped to the UK, and will not be levied on orders exported to other destinations. VAT will be levied or deducted from the prices at the checkout according to the shipping destination selected.

Prices are exclusive of all other taxes and duties. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties levied by your local customs authority. International shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice stating the value of the individual items in the currency of payment.

The cosmetic condition of our pre-owned equipment is evaluated as follows:

As New – An unused open-box item. Sold with original manufacturer’s warranty unless described otherwise.
Excellent – Next to new condition. The unit has been lightly used with no significant markings. Everything is tested and fully functional unless described otherwise.
Good – Some minor signs of use. Condition you would expect from pre-owned equipment. Everything is tested and fully functional unless described otherwise.
Fair – Clear signs of use. Everything is tested and fully functional unless described otherwise.
Well Used – Very obvious signs of use. Everything tested and fully functional unless described otherwise but with very visible defects.
Sold as Seen – Functional problems found. Suitable for parts. Sold without warranty/no returns.
