Important Royal Mail Update

Delivery to neighbour scheme from the Royal Mail

The Royal Mail have recently tested leaving items with neighbours. It was received very positively we’re told. This means customers receive their items sooner and don’t need to arrange a redelivery, or collect the item from a delivery office.

So from late September 2012, subject to regulatory approval, if customers are not at home when the Royal Mail try to deliver to them, they’ll leave the item with one of your neighbours wherever possible, and pop a card through your door to tell you where you can pick up the item.

If you have Special Delivery™ or international mail that needs to be signed for the Royal Mail will still take it back to the local delivery office, so customers can either collect it from them or arrange a redelivery, as normal.

Royal Mail are letting the whole nation know about this intended change by sending a leaflet to every home over the next two weeks.

They recognise that some customers would rather they didn’t leave items with their neighbours, so they can either call the Royal Mail or go online to opt-out, simply by displaying a sticker (which they will send free of charge) near your letter box, or somewhere clearly visible to them.

Compensation arrangements remain unchanged for items delivered to a neighbour with terms appropriate to the individual service used.

Delivery Prices

UK Delivery Before 6pm (UK Mainland) – £9.95+VAT
This is our standard delivery method and aims to deliver your order the next business day by 6pm.

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm – £8.45+VAT
This is our cheaper delivery method for small items under 500g weight only. If this delivery method is selected for orders over 500g weight, we will dispatch the order using our Standard Nextday before 6pm service at £9.50+VAT

UK Royal Mail Recorded Post – £4.45+VAT
This is our basic delivery method for small orders under 500g weight and with a total value of under £30 only. If this delivery method is selected for orders with a value over £30, we will dispatch the order using our Royal Mail Special Delivery service at £8.45+VAT

Please note: The postage and package charges shown are based on shipment of a typical Camera or Lens size/weight. Shipping agents base their carriage costs on a volumectric weight basis therefore large orders/bulky items may incur additional shipping costs. This will be advised to you by e-mail where applicable.

Order by 3pm Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) for next day delivery.

Order by 3pm Friday for delivery Monday. Alternatively pay extra for a Saturday delivery.

Any Online orders made Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday (excluding public holidays).

Our standard delivery charge is £9.95 for next day delivery for most of mainland UK.

 

Delivery Times & Additional Charges

Deliveries before 9:30 am available at a delivery charge of £ PHONE (Not available to all post code areas)

Deliveries before 10:30 am available at a delivery charge of £ PHONE (Not available to all post code areas)

Deliveries before 12:30 pm available at a delivery charge of £ PHONE (Not available to all post code areas)

Saturday delivery is available at a delivery charge of £ PHONE. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed no later than 3.00 pm on the prior Friday. It should be noted that this service is not available to all post code areas.

Deliveries to Northern Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles is £17.50 for a 2 to 3 day Mon – Fri delivery

Deliveries to Northern Ireland start at £3.95 for Royal Mail & upto £22.00 for a courier service and can take 2 to 3 days

Deliveries to Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe and the rest of the world please telephone or email first

Orders received by 3.00 pm are usually dispatched the same working day

Parcel re-direction/collection requests – charges from £10.00 apply

Parcel refusal / goods not called for – charges from £10.00 apply

*DPD & DHL couriers offer a trackable and reliable service to certain destinations, and we may favour their service over others.

Finding Products

There are several ways to find products on this website.

1. Click on one of the blue Categories in the ‘Products’ menu on the left of the page and it will expand to show a list of sub-categories, again click on these sub-categories until you reach the product type and brand you are looking for – the product page will now appear, and the current category will be highlighted in pink.

2. Another way to find products is to click the ‘PRODUCTS’ button on the grey top menu bar. When hovered over, this menu will expand each category and sub-category, until you find the product type/brand you are looking for.

3. Find products by the BRAND/MANUFACTURER. Click on the drop-down menu called ‘Select A Brand’ on the left side of the page (under ‘Products’) and pick one of the product Brands from the menu. This will then take you to a page displaying ALL products for that Brand.
Note: Some users of Internet Explorer 7 may need to configure their Popup Blocker (in the browser settings) to allow the ‘Select A Brand’ menu to function.

4. You can Search for Products using keywords, with the ‘Search’ box on the left side of the page underneath the ‘Select A Brand’ menu. Type any words like “digital camera”, “wista cherrywood” or even the Product Code e.g. “11072”. You can also perform an Advanced Search by clicking the ‘Advanced Search’ link underneath the Search box.

Got a question about a product?

If you have a Question about a particular product, you can click on the “Ask A Question” button located at the bottom of every product page on this website. This will bring up a small form where you can type your question and send it automatically to the staff at Teamwork. You don’t even need to type in the name of the product you are asking about, as the system will already give Teamwork this information.

Adding to your Shopping Basket

To add items to the Shopping Basket, simply click the blue ‘Add to Basket’ button on each main product page – or – click on the ‘Buy Now’ button to the right of each product in the product listings page.

You can select/modify the quantity of the product you’d like to order either before you ‘Add To Basket’ or afterwards, once the product(s) is in your Shopping Basket.

Once an item has been added, it will take you to the Shopping Basket page where you can view what you just added, and either continue shopping or continue to the Checkout to complete your order and make payment.

Removing items from your Basket

To remove items from your Shopping Basket, go to the Shopping Basket Contents page by either clicking on the blue product text in your ‘mini’ Shopping Basket on the left of the page, or by clicking the ‘My Basket’ button on the right side of the grey top bar menu. Then check/tick the small box on right hand side, next to the Price column, and then click the ‘Update’ button. This will remove the item from your Shopping Basket.

Guest & Members Shopping Baskets

Every visitor to this site will be given a ‘Guest Shopping Basket’. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping basket. Once the visitor leaves the online shop or closes their browser, this shopping basket will be emptied.

Registered Visitors to this online shop that log in are given a ‘Members Shopping Basket’. This allows the member to add products to their shopping basket, and come back at a later date to finish and checkout. All products remain in their shopping basket until the member has checked them out, or removed the products.

The Checkout

Once you have checked and are happy with the items in your Shopping Basket, you can click on the blue ‘Checkout’ button to proceed to the next step of the ordering process.

You will then be asked to either: Login to your Website Account with your e-mail address and password that you set up when you registered your account….or….. if you have not registered with this website before, Register a new Website Account.

To do this, simply fill out the form being careful not to miss any sections or make any typing errors, then select a new Password to use with this website, and click the ‘Submit’ button.

That’s the Registration all done. Now you can continue with the Checkout process and select your Delivery Address and Delivery Method from the list. Once you have done this, you will be taken to the secure Review & Payment Page where you can double check your order, and enter your payment details. See below…

Payment

We accept Payment by: Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Paypal.

At the Payment stage of the Checkout, you can select to pay for your order by Credit/Debit Card using Sagepay or Paypal, or place the order on your Teamwork Credit Account by selecting the ‘Teamwork Account Holder’ button.*

When entering your card details, please ensure you fill out all sections carefully and don’t forget to enter your 3 Digit card security code, and Start Date if necessary. The ‘Name on Card’ field must match exactly the name printed on your Credit/Debit card as we require this information before your card is debited.

A payment will be taken from your card when the order is placed. We monitor the payment process and aim for your order to leave the sales office within 24 to 48 hours. We will contact you if there is a delay with your order and make sure you have agreed that you are happy to pay for goods that are on back order, or will refund as soon as possible.

If we have any problems with your payment details, or order we will normally contact you swiftly by phone or e-mail.

*If you have a Teamwork Business Credit Account (not Website Accounts created on this website), you may select to pay by this method. If you select to pay by Teamwork Account and you do not have an active Teamwork Business Credit Account, your order will not be processed.

Security

The entire checkout process for the Teamwork Digital Ltd website is held on a secure server using a GeoTrust Verified SSL (secure socket layer) system for transferring data. If you click on the small padlock symbol at the bottom of your browsers screen you will be taken to this sites security certificate. You can also click on the GeoTrust Site Seal button on the left side of the page to view the Certificate’s authenticity.
