Leofoto VH-30R Two-Way Head with Handle and Dual Panorama is ideally suited for photographing birds, because the head has a double panorama plate. The friction of the plate you set with the gray dial. With the other gray dial you set the rotation of the head. The base plate has a diameter of 60mm and includes a 3/8-inch screw hole to mount it on a tripod. It is 105mm high and weighs 447 grams. The VH-30R has a carrying capacity of 15kg for a camera body with hefty telephoto lens. The head is Arca-Swiss compatible and a quick release plate is included. The VH-30R also comes with a lever that can be mounted either left or right of the head. This allows you to easily operate the head.
