USB 3.0

Phase One announced USB 3.0 on their digital backs some 2 years ago. So what’s happened? Well, here is the good news… Phase One are in the final stages of testing and the results overall are good. But the decision has been made by Phase One that they will not roll this out to every individual, but test it on a case by case basis.

There are too many hardware configurations that would make for a long beta test program. However, if you are interested and would like to test USB 3.0 on your IQ systems simply send us a request to info@teamworkphoto.com, along with your name and the serial number of your back (that will be used to verify you qualify for the beta testing). Upon verification, a firmware release will be made available to you.

Note. Please be aware that Apple Mac Pro users will only be able to use USB 2.0, but this also works.
