27.11.2020 – An update from Teamwork Digital
We are delighted to announce that the Teamwork Digital sales office is open Monday to Friday, 9.15 am to 5.00 pm for business, and we are operating a drop-off and pick up service. For those clients who require a little more assistance we will also be running an appointment system so we can maintain a safe environment for us, you and our families and also ensuring you get the service and support your enquiry needs.
We are following Government guidelines to maintain the safety of our staff and clients. Here are some of the changes we’ve put in place to ensure you have a safe and stress-free experience as possible.
When visiting the sales office, do not come in groups. If you require assistance, let us know beforehand. We are limiting access to the office to ensure social distancing, so you may be asked to wait to be admitted. So we strongly recommend making an appointment. Wear a face covering. For those who wish to make a purchase, we are also encouraging clients to pay by card. For clients considering using our rental or repairs services, we would recommend you to use our courier collection and delivery service instead. Please note London same day couriers are operating with four to six hour drop times on non urgent deliveries due to the demand this time brings and the additional pressures of the pandemic.
As a company, we are taking precautions to ensure that we keep equipment, accessories and communal areas clean and most importantly, our staff and clients safe from the spread of Covid-19. Sterile cleaning agents are available if required, so please use when offered or ask for if needed.
Teamwork Digital remains available for online demonstrations of Phase One kit and after-sales service for those who are not confident with travelling at this time.
There is still a possibility that items that require shipping may be delayed, as manufacturing and transportation are dealing with interruptions to their regular supply lines (known as just in time). We will keep everyone updated on their order status as it progresses through our system and until placed in the hands of our chosen service provider for shipping. If a deadline requires an item ordered, please ensure this is communicated in your online shopping cart or to a team member that you converse with. This can then be related to suppliers and service agents before accepting the order.
With this in mind, several brands and product groups at present have been switched off in the background of our website to allow us to re-stock and or manage existing stock. Remember, as an independently owned Photographic business; we have dealings with all manufacturers and distributors and can usually source special order items quickly.
All events scheduled are cancelled until March 2021, this may need to be extended when the UK Government makes its next announcement with regards to the UK Lockdown situation, vaccination program and travel restrictions to the UK. We will update on this matter as more information becomes available.
