Rare and sought after, the Hasselblad FE 50mm F2.8 Distagon is designed to fit the Hasselblad 2000 series of cameras. By fitting the shutter into the camera themselves it meant that Hasselblad could introduce a range of faster medium format lenses. The 50mm F2.8 was exceptional for a lens of this format. Designed and made by Carl Zeiss, the highly reputable German lens manufacturer, the 50mm Distagon used new computing programs and sophisticated lens manufacturing to create a highly corrected wide angle. The famous Carl Zeiss T* multicoating ensures that internal flare and ghosting is virtually eliminated with accurate colour rendition.

The back in Excellent condition with a small graze on the lens barrel. The optics are clean and has no signs of haziness or mould. Aperture stopdown is fast and consistent.
