With a maximum working height of 171 cm, the Leofoto LS-324C + Ball Head LH-40 is one of the larger tripods in the Ranger series. As the legs are somewhat thicker than those of the entry-level Rangers, the 324C offers even more stability. Its folded length is 57 centimeters and the 324C weighs approximately 1.9 kilograms including the LH-40 ballhead. The minimum working height of this tripod is 16.5 centimeters. Despite its light weight, this Ranger has a load capacity of 15 kilograms. The tripod comes with a detachable centre column (DC-282C), LH-40 ball head, a carrying bag, multitool and spikes. Perfect if you are looking for a complete tripod kit that allows you to work at a great height as well as close to the ground!
The Ranger Series of Leofoto is characterised by an unprecedented versatility. Mount the central column on the tripod body for a great maximum height, or leave the central column out for extra stability. With a Ranger tripod, you immediately have everything you need to get started: a sturdy carbon tripod, a versatile and solid ball head and the necessary accessories. Because the legs are adjustable in 3 angles, all Ranger tripods can be used low to the ground. This also makes them ideal for macro photography! The Leofoto Ranger tripods are, just like all other Leofoto tripods, made of 10-layer carbon. This makes the tripods lightweight and extremely sturdy and durable. So solid and durable, that it has a 10-year warranty!
The 324C tripod from the Leofoto Ranger Series is versatile. The LS-324C will not let you down during a nice stroll through the city or in the countryside. Because the legs are equipped with the Twist-Lock system, the tripod can be folded in and out very quickly. The included spike feet are easily screwed under the tripod when you want to work on a softer surface. On the side and bottom of the tripod body, you’ll find threads to attach, for example, accessory arms, or a sandbag for extra stability. In short, the Ranger LS-324C is highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a sturdy and multifunctional tripod that can reach a considerable height.
The supplied LH-40 ball head is just as versatile as the tripod itself. It can be rotated horizontally by 360° and vertically by 90°, has a built-in spirit level and is adjustable with a sturdy wing nut. The friction sensitivity is also adjustable. Because the LH-40 is only 8.5 centimetres high, its centre of gravity is low, which prevents vibration. The LH-40 has a universal 1/4″ tripod screw, is CNC-milled from anodised aerospace aluminium and comes with the Arca-Swiss compatible QP-70 quick release plate.
