The EIZO ColorEdge CS2400S is the first to bring flexible USB Type-C® connectivity and sustainable packaging to the CS series of ColorEdge.

With WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution, 99% of the Adobe RGB colour space, and USB Type-C® connectivity the CS2400S provides a streamlined experience for creatives with a wide-range of needs.

Vivid Colour

The monitor’s wide colour gamut faithfully reproduces 99% of the Adobe RGB colour space so images shot in Adobe RGB will be displayed correctly. It also covers almost the entire ISO-coated and US web-coated CMYK colour spaces used in printing.

ColorEdge monitors offer a 10-bit simultaneous display from a 16-bit look-up-table (LUT) which means it can show more than 1 billion colours simultaneously. This is 64 times more colour than you get with 8-bit display to give you smooth tones and seamless transitions of accurate colour.

ColorNavigator

A monitor needs to be calibrated at regular intervals to maintain colour accuracy. The ColorEdge CS2400S supports EIZO’s proprietary ColorNavigator 7 calibration software which makes a colour managed workflow simple and obtainable for creatives at every level. It allows you to calibrate all colour modes simultaneously and supports a wide range of external sensors. Calibration information is saved to the monitor instead of the operating system so you do not have to recalibrate even when using a different PC.

This simple and intuitive solution for colour management removes any subjectivity around how your screen displays colour so you can trust what you see is an accurate representation of your work.

Connectivity

The CS2400S has a built-in docking station that enables you to run the entire workstation through a single USB Type-C cable, transmitting video and audio signals, connecting USB devices, and supplying up to 70W of power to a compatible PC or laptop. This convenient, simple, and multi-purpose connectivity makes it faster and easier to connect when moving between creative work areas or when working remotely or in a home studio. It is also compatible with HDMI and display port inputs.

Sustainable Packaging

EIZO has been transitioning products from its RadiForce and FlexScan product line-ups to more environmentally friendly packaging as a part of its company-wide efforts to become a more environmentally responsible manufacturer. The ColorEdge CS2400S is the first monitor in the ColorEdge series to shift to more sustainable cardboard and moulded pulp packaging in place of conventional styrofoam and plastics.
