The newest introduction to the expanding Hitech filter range now offers users of Micro 4/3rds, Sony Nex, Samsung NX, Nikon V and the Pentax Q series the opportunity of using filters on the cameras. Using a 67mm wide filter, ths system is suitably compact and reduced in dimension but no reduction in quality, ambition or flexibility! The full range of Hitech filters is offered in the 67 range and it's all tiny!. 
 
Choose any one adapter ring from 39mm, 40.5mm, 43mm, 46mm, 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, and 62mm.

This incredible kit includes both Neutral Density Grad Sets ( HARD EDGE and SOFT EDGE ) as well as the Neutral Density Set. A total of 9 filters in total!
 
The Neutral Density Grad is used primarily to adjust the exposure difference in landscape or scenic photography, the ND Grad filters allows exposure to be better balanced when you have a light sky and darker foreground. In use the darker neutral density section of the filter is placed over the sky whilst the clear lower section covers the foreground. Both sky and foreground can now be correctly exposed. A set of 3 filters in 0.3, 0.6, and 0.9 provide the user with enough choices for most situations. Providing 1, 2, or 3 stop exposure variation and without affecting colour balance.
 
Also included is the Neutral Density Set. Sometimes you can have too much light! Conventional methods of adjusting the exposure by stopping down or use a very high shutter speed can still be ineffective as either you have too much depth of field or the shutter speed if too high for the creative look you want. Neutral Density filters reduce the exposure by a given factor. Greater creativity can now be exploited, a very slow shutter speed to enhance the feeling of movement in rushing water. A very wide aperture to isolate a subject from the background. A set of 3 filters in 0.3, 0.6, and 0.9 provide the user with enough choices for most situations. Providing 1, 2, or 3 stop exposure variation and without affecting colour balance.
 
The Hitech filter system is manufactured by Formatt Filters to offer versatility and creative capabilities to stills photographers. Hitech filters are manufactured using the Queens Award winning CR39 dyed substrate. Formatt developed a method of colouring CR39 in its liquid state, thereby ensuring consistency and accuracy of colour.
 
These filters fit in the Hitech 67 Series or Cokin A System holder and are manufactured from the highest quality optical grade polyester resin.
