Wide and extremely vibration-resistant the Kaiser 1.5m Column with weight compensation (4409) column is made from aluminium tubing with dull black anodised surface and cm and inch scales. With mount and fastening mechanism for camera arms and for lower part enlarger head 4568. Height adjustment by hand crank. Cross-sectional dimensions of the column: 70 x 35 mm (2.8 x 1.4 in.) Height adjusted by friction gear with plastic bearings, weight compensated by built-in roller spring, locking screw for fixing height adjustment.
