10.05.2020 – An update from the Teamwork Digital
As we’re all aware, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused massive disruption to our daily lives. The situation continues to evolve, and as we’ve taken the advice of Government and business bodies into consideration, we want to advise our customers that our online store is still open, with restrictions. Teamwork Digital remains available for sales, online demonstrations of Phase One kit and after-sales service.
There is a possibility that items that require shipping may be delayed, as manufacturing and transportation are dealing with interruptions to their regular supply lines (known as just in time). We will keep everyone updated on their order status as it progresses through our system and until placed in the hands of our chosen service provider for shipping. If a deadline requires an item ordered, please ensure this is communicated in your online shopping cart or to a team member that you converse with. This can then be related to suppliers and service agents before accepting the order.
All events scheduled for the next 30 days are cancelled, this may need to be extended when the UK Government makes its next announcement on May 7th with regards to the UK Lockdown situation. We will update on this matter as more information becomes available.
