Adapter Rings

Lee Standard adaptor rings screw into the front lens thread and are used on the majority of lenses, focal lengths of 35mm and above on the 35mm format (or equivalent on other formats).

Lee Wide angle rings bring the the position of the filter holder further back towards the camera and thereby reducing the possibility of vignetting, or giving the ability to add another filter slot to the holder slot without the risk of cutoff when using wide angle lenses. By comparing the distance from the dotted line to the front of the lens in the 2 rollover images, the gain in clearance can be seen.
