IMPORTANT NOTICE
Any customer that purchased a Phase One 645AF camera body from 1st October 2008 until 1st October 2009 can upgrade their 645AF body to the new 645DF body for £1200.00 + VAT.
Certain Terms and Conditions apply to this offer:
Payment will be taken at the time of order being placed (A small additional charge may be included for Business Visa/Master or AMEX cards).
No new orders received from now (1st October 2009) will qualify for this offer.
The order for the upgrade must be placed with Teamwork before October 31st 2009.
The shipping costs of the new 645DF camera and the return of your 645AF between the UK and Denmark are included in the upgrade price of £1200.00 + VAT.
The 645AF body must be returned in full working order.
645DF bodies to be supplied under this upgrade scheme will be supplied during Q1 2010, and no sooner.
Please remember to include the serial number of your 645AF body to be upgraded with your order, this is very important from ours and Phase One's point of view. No serial number no reduced price upgrade.
Customers that later claim not to have been notified will only be disappointed, as orders received after October 31st 2009 will not be accepted.
When shipping the 645DF cameras they will be shipped with a plain focusing screen installed. If you require a screen with a different mask for your back (for example, P30/P40 style screen) you should exchange the focusing screens from the two cameras. This can be done for you at the sales office when collecting your upgrade. If you require another focusing screen etched for a particular back you should order that separately.
Also
Many clients are asking for clarification on the situation with using the new Leaf Shutter lenses on the 645AF camera. At present we are working to the following information.
As yet the exact limitations, etc, of using this combination are not entirely clear. The reason is that we (Phase One) are currently focused 100% on refining the firmware of the Schneider Kreuznach lenses and the 645DF camera. In Q2, 2010, we expect to be able to start work on the firmware of the SK lenses and the 645AF camera. Currently we expect that we will be able to provide the updated firmware for the 645AF camera in Q3, 2010. Given this situation, we cannot currently describe the exact feature set or limitations of this combination.
We hope to be able to bring you an update on this at some time during Q2, 2010.
Any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
